I have a user who is a Teleworker and also an office worker.
When he is at home he logs into his phone, and then when he comes into the office he logs into his office phone, Both these phones have a dummy number and there is a normal extension number as well.
If I remove the office phone because he is no longer coming into the office do I need to make his home phone the normal extension number, do I delete the dummy office number from his phone in the console or just disconnect and reassign the office phone to some one else?
