mitel 200sx auto attendent

Im putting in a mitel 200sx and the customer wants to have someone record a auto attendant greeting. they want to know what file format we need to get from them? can I import a file into the auto attendant?

The SX200 with embedded voice-mail does not support file upload for audio, it must be recorded via the handset and admin mailbox.
