UC360 SIP Registration failure
« on: December 09, 2015, 04:45:19 AM »
I have a rogue UC360 that will not accept the new SIP IP?!!

We have moved our phone system to a hosted system with a supplier and all the phones needed pointing to the new IP address. We have UC360's at all of our sites in the conference rooms respectively and they have all taken the new IP addresses (as have all the 5212's and 5330's) without hitch apart from one UC360 which doesnt seem to save the new IP address given to it, it defaults back to the previous IP address straight away which I find bizarre.

Has anyone else encountered this and if can you shed any light on what I can do to combat this issue

Thanks in advance

Tom

Is the UC360 getting it's options from DHCP (probably not)?

Have you tried factory defaulting the UC360 and setting it up new? If you factory default it and it still keeps the old address, it is getting it from DHCP.

It does have a static IP correct.

I shall try resetting too factory defaults and see what happens.

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated
