Mitel 5212 Address incomplete

I have the 5212 registered to asterisk I can call it and everything works except I cannot call out from set.

Anything I try it is not working. It busies out with "Address Incomplete" Never hits the address box with the dial.
 I think it is running version 4.00.00.7. 

Does it require to have the dialplan configured on the phone before it dials? Looking at my question I could probably answer that....lol

Anyone have a working sample of dial pattern for these phones? I tried everything I could think of and it doesnt work. I do have web access and tftp working.
