Database Programming Detected Unknown Extension

I thought I had asked this before, but couldn't find anything on it.

I have a system that was installed as a 5.x and upgraded to a 6.x at asome point.

Ever since the upgrade, everytime someone launches DB programming, it gives a "Detected unknow extension 92000" error.

The rest of the error is:
Table = [CPInformation]
Field = [system_outgoing_device_id]
Extension Space = 0

Anyone have any suggestions on correcting this?

Did you run the database through DB Tester?

No, I had not run the test before.

So I did now, and it came back with 24 errors. 22 of them are keyset contains an invalid values for devices and then two sip_device_id contains reference to a device of the wrong type.


Suggestion would be to repair this faults and then do a restore?

My guess is that you have 22 phones with the invalid 92000 in them for the outgoing extension. The 2 for SIP are of little consequence  and you will always have at least one of those when doing a DB Test.

I say go ahead and do the repair, but keep a copy that you can drop back in.
