I have a client that has a Mitel 3300 phone system. They use Office 365 for their e-mail. They use the unified messaging feature to have all recorded voicemail messages send to their outlook. Anytime a user changes their Office 365 password they must go out to End User Portal and update the password in the unified messaging information. If the user does not it breaks the voicemail to e-mail feature for ALL users. Is there an easy way in the Mitel system to see which user is causing the problem for all?
