A little more information would be useful here... are these 3 numbers DID numbers or analog trunks? Is the destination an on-switch number or an external number?

If they are DID numbers, just use system speed call or the DID Routing table, if they are analog stations, send them to a phantom extension and call forward or reroute (depending on destination type).
