Oaisys Recording Solution
« on: November 09, 2015, 12:16:10 PM »
Any body familiar with Oaisys Recording Solution. I have two servers one that connects via Mitel SRC connection and that other connects via a Mirrored Connection.

The SRC one is working just fine, but the mirrored one when it collects data/Recordings its nothing but static/White noise.

Need help. was working before with no issues but recently my MiCollab Server crashed and i just rebuilt it.

Any help I would appreciate it.

how do you expect to record encrypted rtp with a mirrored switch connection?

well, recording encrypted rtp is easy, but decrypting is always the hard part, eh?

If you don't mind turning off encryption then you'll be fine.

curious why you have an SRC and are using it but also want to record mirrored plaintext rtp? what do you get out of that?

you have to disable voice encryption for the sets you need to record with port mirroring.

does the ip console go through SRC or is it directly connected to the MCD?

on MBG, you can disable srtp for individual sets, if you want to keep encryption for the others.
