MiCollab Client on a MiVoice office 250
« on: November 03, 2015, 12:08:49 PM »
I can't find an answer to this in the documentation, but if I add the MiCollab client to a Office 250, will it integrate with the embedded voicemail of the phone system or does it have to be nupoint to operate voicemail notification in the client?
When attempting to store the voicemail PIN on the client it says it con't contact NuPoint, so is that what it is expecting as voicemail?
Thank you

MiCollab Client does not integrate with the embedded voicemail, Nupoint is required for integration.

You should make sure the voicemail fields (except number) are left blank in the enterprise configuration.

Not sure your status on this project, but in a stand-alone MVO250 deployment Phone Manager is often a better solution that MiCollab client since it has many of the embedded integrations working better than MiCollab Client, depending on the customers needs of course.
