We just set up our first remote user with a softphone, and she's noticed a few differences that I'd like to see if we can solve.
1. The ringer volume is much higher than the voice volume.
2. When she makes an outbound call, she does not hear a ringing sound, it's just no sound until the person on the other end picks up.
I haven't been able to find a place to adjust either of these in the UCA. Any ideas? We are using UCA Version 6.0 SP1 -- October 2013.
