Mitel 3300 system withn 5235 IP Phone handsets

Hi can anyone tell me how to swap out a faulty 5235 handset (touchscreen not working)......??

I have a couple of spares that are yet to be joined to our system.  I need to use the same extension number.

No different than any other Mitel IP phone, remove the old phone and connect the new one, at the PIN prompt, enter the set replacement FAC plus the extension and follow the instructions on-screen, or just remove the old phone and go to the user in the sys admin web portal and change the MAC address to the new MAC, plug in the phone and go. Changing out the 52xx phones is no different than current models.
