I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but having some difficulty with a rerouting issue. When a call comes in on a analog trunk, it is set to ring to a hunt group. Several users have line appearances of the members of this hunt group (simulating incoming lines). If a user in this hunt group picks up the call, and transfers it to another user, if the user is unavailable the call forwards to the AA instead of hitting the mailbox of the user it was transferred to. I know mitel likes transferring calls to the original mailbox, but how does one override this in the case of a hunt group that doesn't have a mailbox?
Thanks!
