Hey thanks, I got this working... wasn't aware you had to use TLS, we've used ports 25/465 for gmail in the past and it worked. I am not sure if that was the problem as we had another user on the system get a UVM email and forward it on to me while it was still on 465. Also worth noting, I had the user I was testing set up with Enhanced Integration settings (her email, etc.) but then turned EI off and set it to Forward & Copy and deleted the still-relevant (non Red X'd) settings and changed them to my own email. I wonder if the system was forwarding on the irrelevant Red X'd fields as well, and that's why it wasn't working? As I said, another user reported that it was working while I could not get it to send me the emails. After putting the original user's information back in (and also changing it to 587) it began working flawlessly. Again, though, it was on 465 when the other user reported it working, so I am really not sure.
