After Hours Call Log

I have a customer that wants to see call logs from after-hours. They do a system fwd-all-calls to an on-call tech's phone and would like to see what calls were made out to that phone.

Can this be done natively in the 5000? Or would there need to be a 3rd party application involved (Call Accounting, etc.)?

Matt_Womack,

There is a built-in reporting function in later versions of the SAaD software. It should be able to do what they want, but they may need to export the information on a daily basis if they get a lot of calls.
