SIP Trunks - Call Fwd

Phone is forwarded to external cell phone, when the extension is called and there is no answer on the Cell phone the call comes back to the Corporate Voice mail (ESNA Mail)

They want the call to go to the VM of the Cell phone,   It works fine in my lab on a PRI trunk but not on customer Bell Canada SIP Trunks.

PBX and MBG are up to date with software.

You simply need to remove the call rerouting option to vm on the extension in the Call Rerouting Assignment form.

If for some reason you want it to still go to internal VM when not forwarded to the cell then you'll need to set up a unique COS that extends the Call Forward No Answer timer out beyond the length of time it takes for the cell phone VM to pick up.
