Interflow Timer
« on: August 25, 2015, 05:58:56 PM »
I couldn't finds what I was looking for, so here it goes.

I have an ACD group that plays a message and then transfers to a call queue. Everything works fine. I uploaded a new message and know it cuts the message off before it finishes and goes to the queue. The new message is 21 seconds long. I have changed the interflow timeout seconds but it still cuts the message off. I was certain thats where I changed this? I am going blank.

The message is a RAD, correct?

If so, then you need to look at the RAD timers. (The RAD should have its own COS.)

It's the "message length" timer in the COS of the RAD.
I always MAX this out.

A follow up question. Everything works correctly now, but after hearing the NEW rad message and going into the queue, if it is not answered after a certain amount of time, it plays the OLD message again. Where do I set it to only play the new message now and not repeat the old message?

Look through the queue and make sure it only references the new RAD.
