3300 MCD Group Listen
« on: March 22, 2010, 10:22:45 AM »
Read through the help files and there are no special programming requirements to use this feature but for some reason it is not working on our 5240's.  There are no override conditions or class of services enabled.

Can someone give me any advice on group listen with a 3300/MCD?

Does it work on other models of phones?

I tested it here on a 5220 and it works ok

Here is what I did

1. make a call on the handset to another party
2. press the group listen key I can hear the conversation on bith the handset and speaker.

The problem was Auto Answer. When that option is turned on group listen will not work.
