Advanced UM configuration

I need to know how to create advanced UM to be able to do synchronization between Nupoint and the email server, as example when the client delete the e-mail he received it should also deleted in the Nupoint.

Please provide me in steps what I should do , as I knew that I need to create a super user .

If any one has a documents for this , I appreciate .

The help files that are in the NuPoint are pretty detailed in that regard on how to set it up to work. Go to the help files and then type in something like Advanced UM Setup and you should find a detailed explanation on how to set it up.
