Hi all,
After a little assistance setting up a trunk between Cisco VCS and our Mitel 3300 controller (running 7.1 PR1).
I've configured the Mitel as a SIP neighbour in Cisco VCS and configured the relevant SIP Peer Profile, Trunk Attribute & ARS in the Mitel controller. There's no challenge for authentication.
I have calls from the Mitel system to our VCS gateway working and calls from the VCS to *internal* extensions working fine. However when trying to dial externally from one of the video conferencing units, I get a SIP response 404 not found.
The Mitel controller can't locate 002XXXXXXXX@domain.com - this should push the call out via an ISDN trunk (prefixed 0).
I have public network access via DPNSS enabled as well as public network to public network connection allowed in the COS and referenced the relevant COS in the trunk attribute.
Am I missing any steps to get the Mitel to route calls prefixed with 0 over a SIP trunk out via our ISDN circuits?
Cheers
