Account code
« on: July 13, 2015, 12:59:25 PM »
Is there a way to force an account code for inbound calls? I would like the user to be prompted to enter code before a call is routed to a NuPoint Call Director.

I suppose you could use DISA.  - not recommended - DISA is a fairly large security risk.

Why do you want to force account codes in order to hit the Call Director?

I was thinking that. Customer wants to authenticate prior to allowing a call to process. Sort of a private line and should only process on certain cases. Any other thoughts?

Maybe answer in a tree that limits dialing to specific key sequences before ending where it needs  to.

I'm pretty sure PrairieFyre could do that for you.
