we wish a pilot number (for example 300) to distribute calls to a hunt group ( of just for example 301,302,303) and then if there is no answer to divert to a voicemail (300?) for the group.

can this be done without seting up the users as ACD and using a night service? ???
 ???

What software version are you running?

You could use Ring Groups and program the pilot number of your voice mail as the overflow point.
Or...
You you can program the Call reroute first alternative for the pilot number of the hunt group (I think you said 300) to go to the voice mail pilot number.

Either one of these should do what you want.

thanks thats great, we have the ACD 2000 feature package on the 5224 ip phones.

  A 3rd way would be to make 300 a Multicall Line Appearance on the 3 phones.....
