I have done very few NP installations, most have been standalone on 3300s and went fine. But today I am supposed to install NP via MAS server on a 5000, and in trying to set it up it doesn't appear that Record-A-Call is supported in the 5000??? Is that correct?
From the engineering guide for 7.0: "RAC is supported on MiVoice Business systems only. In a MiVoice Business cluster environment, RAC can only be activated on phones registered to an ICP that is connected to the NuPoint Unified Messaging server. Up to four ICPs can be connected to one NuPoint Unified Messaging server"
Because if the 5000 doesn't have RAC with NP, it could be a huge issue for this install today.
