UC server error attempting to remove a phone number
« on: May 19, 2015, 10:40:36 AM »
I'm receiving the following error when attempting to delete a number from the "Phone Numbers" section on the Account Details page under UC Server configuration:

The page has errors. Please correct the errors and try again.
* destinationId: 2122 with number:3224 is used by an AccountStatus

I'm at a loss as to where to look for removing/correcting the AccountStatus issue relayed by the message.  The 3224 is a valid DN on the system (3300 controller and MAS/UC server) but I'm not sure what is meant by "used by an AccountStatus."  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Go to the statuses and find which one(s) have that number as a destination and change them

Thanks for the reply johnp.  Were do I go to check the statuses?  MCD?  UC Server configuration?  MAS?

At users pc running the client. That is where the settings are made that get sent back to the server.

Thanks again, johnp!  That did the trick.
