I have a mitel 5000 with 5330 ip keysets. Currently, I have four with wireless handsets installed. All four try to do a flash hook when a call rings the extension. When the extension rings, and you lift the handset it says flash hook disallowed. Then a f shows in the display and the call is connected.

Any help would be appreciated.

Berkley,

This is a known issue in early versions of 6.0 and was fixed in later versions, but I can't remember which on off the top of my head. Just take the customer to the latest version of 6.0 and your problem will go away.

Thanks,

TE
