Need to find unit on Streamline unit 48 port

I have a cable that has been cut and pulled out and not able to trace back the the main phone room and i need to figure out what port the phone was set up on.  This is was i found in the maint command line and i'm figuring that 1-3-1-48 is the port number, but if i pull the cross connect on a known working phone on port 1-3-1-51 it still shows as IDLE. I'm looking at the 110 blocks and i figure that there are 24 ports to each 25 pair cable and 1-3-1-48 would be the last one on the second cable.  Am i right in thinking that ????

"1 3  1  48  1" is a PLID.   It is not a cross connect.

You won't be able to find the wire from the 3300.

I suspect that the easiest way to ID what cable it may be on is to check which lights are inactive on the streamline and go from there.

Problem is there are no indicators or light on the unit to show any activity.

Log into the streamline's web interface.  It will show activity of the ports

Does anybody know if there is a default login and password for the Streamline unit ???

Default login is “admin” password is “admin” (without quotes)
