3300 v7 clustered elements... ghost calls?
« on: April 23, 2015, 01:13:10 PM »
Hey everyone,
I have read through the postings in here, and I have an issue that is slightly different than all of them.

One of my users (of 3900+) has ghost calls that come to her set (5340e ip) and show up as "Trk or Trunk XXXX". The call times are random, sometimes 3-4 times in a row. They come and go sporadically. I am not able to run a CCS Trace on them, because my ESP is broken.
Does anyone know about this issue, or if it has been an issue ever? The "XXXX" has been trunk 1009, 546, 32, 1522, 1027, 1596, ... the list goes on. This number hasn't show any pattern nor relevance.

Basically, her extension is the ONLY one that receives these calls. Could something be off? Her COS is the same for the desk set type, so more folks would be having the issue if it was COS. A reboot didn't clear it as well. Trunks seem to be fine, zones are fine, routes are fine too...

Any suggestions?
Stumped.

A couple of questions.
1) Does the user hear a beep tone when listening to the line?
2) Who is your carrier?  Are they delivering to your location via SIP and then handing off to you via a PRI (may be known as "flex")?
