There are a couple of things you can do.
1. Instead of having a transfer to Voice Mail use the Auto Attendant Recall application.
2. If you use the mailbox the only option is a dial 0 option, but you can send that to a CRA that provides options; try to keep it generic enough to use with every mailbox.
3. Instead of having a transfer to Voice Mail send calls to a CRA that provides options; try to keep it generic enough to use with every mailbox.
