Appreciate the help. Finally got the calendar sync working as designed.
As an end-user - can I open a ticket, or do I have to go through our installer?
I have tried reinstalling and reinstalling the client, but I don't even see an option to sync personal contacts.
The quick guide says: Click Settings > General > Personal Contacts and then I can configure as shown in attached contacts1.png
What I see see what is shown in the attached contacts2.png
If I go to look at Personal Contacts i see what is shown in attached image contacts3.png
The IM / Outlook integration seems to have stopped working as well for some reason.
Our installer who did the upgrade didn't have any answers.
I like some things about the 8.1 client, but I don't find it very easy to configure...
*** UPDATE ***
Installed on another computer and Outlook contact import works fine but trying to initiate chat from Outlook can't associate to correct contact in MiCollab.
Are there server settings that could be screwing up my MiCollab install?
I cleaned the registry and what I could find in Program Files(x86) before the last reinstall.
