We have a customer with a 200 CX, version 5.0.1.11. They are using single digit mailboxes (transfer type) to route calls from the main greeting. Press 1 for sales, 2 for support, etc. They are also using 2 digit extensions, (NOT my idea!), starting with 1's, 2's, and 3's. They have been getting complaints recently that when a caller tries to dial extension 11, they are going to menu option 1 or dialing 21 but going menu option 2. This has been in place for several years and hasn't been a problem until recently. I have tried numerous calls and haven't been able to duplicate it yet, but the customer states they getting complaints of mis -routed calls constantly

has anyone had an issue like this before and were you able to resolve it?

what happens if I change the mailbox length in form 49 from 2 digit to 3 digit? Do I lose all the existing programming and have to start from scratch?
My thought is to change them to 3 digit extensions 1xx and not using single digit MB 1 for a menu option
