Remember that each amp cable will cover either the top half or the bottom half of 3 cards.
So if you're looking at slot 1, then the pins are
W/B - T1
W/O -NA
W/G - T2
W/B - NA
W/S - T3
R/B - NA
R/O - T 4
The bottom amp will pin out trunks T5 through T8
