I upgraded a customer site last night to MiCollab 6.0.424.0 and their MiVoice Business to 13.0.1.28. After he upgrades the MiCollab clients were only able to use chat. They did not show the phone Icon for the other users. I had this happen once before and restarting the PBX Proxy service on the MiCollab resloved the problem, but not this time.
I tried closing down one of the clients and now it wont load at all. Has anyone else seen this happen after an upgrade before?
