Upgrading from 7.1.4.9_1 to 8.0.8.14

My manager is wondering if anyone has upgraded from 7.1.4.9_1 to 8.0.8.14 and what their experience was like.  We are looking for both positive and negative.  We are looking at upgrading 11 3300s (MX, LX, and an MXe).  Thanks in advance for the input.

As a dealer we do this frequently.
Typically this upgrade goes very smoothly.  What usually bites us is everyone tends to forget the applications like Teleworker, YA, Prairefyre, Enterprise manager.
Just be sure to go through the release note to be sure you won't have any issues between your applications and Ver 8.0.
I understand that ver 9 may be coming out within weeks.  You may want to hold off until it's out.
