Bit of a newbie on here so am fishing for some help
One of my customers is claiming that when they set up a conference on MiCollab external users arent getting the option to join via Video. I have checked that the URL option in the email is ticked and that there are licences. But I cant see anything else that would prevent video from occuring......any help would be very much appreciated.
Oh its running MiCollab 6.0.40.0 on MSL 10.1.26
