IP Phone reboots

I have one 5207 IP Phone that re boots at will. 

This hapens to be the Chief of Staffs phone and he says it always happens when talking to a patient.

I have changed phones twice, patch cords 5-6 times, ports in the switch (HP2650), even moved him to another switch, and changed out the RJ45 wall connection.

Any Ideas ?

I checked the Mitel knowlage base and couldn't find anything for 5207  or "phone reboot" or "sets reboot".
So some basic questions:
(1)  What ver of 3300 are you running?
(2) Is the phone sharing voice and data and is it VLAN'ed?
(3) Are there any logs in the PBX when this happens?  (I'm looking for anything with "heartbeat" in it.)

Also verify the ports on the data switch ARE set to "Auto Negotiate"

3300 Ver is 7.0
This particular phone is not sharing data. 5207's do not have switching capabilities.
All of our phones are on VLAN's and I have no problem with any of the rest, that I know of.
I find nothing in any of the logs with heartbeat in it.

I am trying to keep from running a new cat5 cable to the phone, but may have too.

I ran into a similar problem with a 5550 console.  It would work and then stop.   When I finally quit screwing around on it and put a cable scanner on it, I found a bad termination on the patch panel.  The next thing I would recommend if possible is put a cable scanner on it.  It will tell you if your cable is up to spec.  If you or your VAR don't have easy access to one, it may be much faster just to rerun the cable and change out all terminations.
