I just want to ask, can Prairie fyre V7.0 track who are the supervisor that suddenly make all their agent make busy. At my customer side, they are about 10 supervisor that can manage their 100 of agent from Contact Center Client. Suddenly 1 of supervisor monitor the agent and make all the agent in make busy mode. The service level drop after that and they blame Mitel system for not stabilize. They just not want to take responsibility for what they have done. Can we show log file for supervisor event? Please help me to prove that they are wrong..please..
