I am hoping someone can help me here. We had a user forget their voicemail PIN yesterday, and our Mitel provider wanted to charge to have a tech come down to reset it.
I have access to the admin portals for both the Mitel 3300 and the associated MAS Server
Fortunately, they remembered their password the next day before we had to pay for a service call, but I am sure it is not rocket science to reset.
This is our setup:
- Mitel 3300 CX-II, running version 6.0 SP1
- We are using Nupoint Unified Messaging Build: 16.0.0.51.01 with Single Point Provisioning enabled on the Mitel Applications Suite server.
It looks to me that I would just have to log into the MAS server and change the password here (see attachment)
Then we would just have to change the voice mail passcode on the UCA PC/Android client, and the ICP password on the Android softphone?
