I've never had a need for one so I couldn't recommend anything but my question is:
What is your application?   Why would you need IP to serial?

The only time I've had to do this was for a call accounting system that needed a serial connection to a CX, which doesn't have a printer port. I used a Precidia iPocket. But like Ralph asked, what is your ultimate goal?

reasons are :
1.I need to connect printer for the backup of SMDR logs to print real time. and the place which printer keeping is very far from the controller,
2.i found some contollers printer port gets faulty ( The alrm log shows printer ports is offline).

these are main two reasons which i need  serial ports,

Ah!  Thanks for the update dh_lab.
I looked up the part that bluewhite4 mentioned.   Here's the link: www.precidia.com/products/ipocket_232.html

I don't think its the only device that would work, just happens to be one that we know will work. I've never heard of or used a "MOXA" product. I guess other then outputing the SMDR for call accounting systems, we've never had a printer tied to the system for alarms and such.

I guess I'm still confused as to what your connecting to what. The original link you posted goes to a USB to serial devices. Are you trying to conect the multiple serial ports from a controller to a computer? If so, why not just open multiple telnet ports to watch the same information?
