Audit Tracking Options?
« on: January 12, 2015, 05:09:46 PM »
Is there any type of admin audit tracking reporting?

I had a tech remote in to fix a voice mail issue and now I have 2 extension which no longer are associated to their DID numbers.  Those DID numbers now go to branch voice mail systems.
So if you were to call my CEO, you'd get the "Welcome to the Mitel voice mail system" prompt.

I'd like to be able to track who is doing what when this type of issue pops up.  And strange things happen at a pretty frequently rate aroudn here.

Dan

Advanced System Monitoring/System Information – Click on “View system logs”; in logs, there is a "Database Changes" category with txt files. Or you can web straight into the controller and go to Diagnostics/Logs.
