If you're certified on Mitel you can download it from MITEL ON LINE.  If not, we're really not supposed to give it to you.  But I found an older 5.0 version here for free ftp://70.98.216.18/Mitel%20Software/CS%20&%20HX%20Software/Mitel%205000%205.0%20Docs/Mitel%205000%20CP%20v5.0%20Installation%20Manual.pdf  and SLA is on 5-164.

anyone have specs needed for the DID lines that go into the sla? mitel thinks it is a spec issue..

I doubt anyone has a current customer utilizing this on a 5000, but what problem are you running into?
