I'm a computer tech and discovered telephony this year with my new employer. I joined an established team working on a mature and quite large Mitel network, so it was a steep learning curve. I got the opportunity to become "Mitel Certified Associate", whatever that means !
I plan to ask complicated questions, and help answer simple ones if I can.
