Hi Everyone! I want to make changes to Users and Services form in VMAS but I keep on getting the error below. I can add a network element but I cannot delete or edit. I have rebooted the VMAS, and have restarted UM and UC Mobile services. There are no obvious errors in the log. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.
Error: This form is locked because an error was encountered while retrieving network element data from Nupoint UM or UC Mobile. Please check that the operation of both services and then retry the network element form.
