Voice Mail message indicator on 5224 IP

Hi,
before upgrade when i receive a Voice Mail, my IP Phone 5224 blink a letter button that advise me for a vm message.
When i press the letter button, the telephone transfer me direct into HG Voice Mail.
Now, when i press the blink letter button, the phone display "NO MESSAGE".
But if i call the HG Voice Mail, all works fine.
I have check all in the system, but i don't understand where is the problem.
Someone can help me?

If you pick up your handset and listen to dial tone, then hit the message button what does it do?
If it rings someone other than VM, just having that other person answer the phone will clear the lamp.

I've also had to clear a lamp by entering the message waiting on code followed by the message waiting off code a couple of times.

Hello Ralph,
if I pick up up the phone and I press the letter key that is flashing display "Not Allowed."
I remember before, I was pressing transferred directly to voice mail associated with the phone.
But now, when i hit this button the phone dispay "No Message"...
Any idea?

Is it a 3300?  If yes, did you do the maintenance commande Upgrade bootrom all after the upgrade?

Check your Call Coverage Services form and ensure the correct number is in their for voicemail.

Into Call Coverage Service Form (voice mail tab) there insn't a HG Voice Mail. Now with the correct Hunt Group VM all works fine!
