Fax machine and night service

Hi,
It seems that when the system is switched to night service the fax machine does not answer calls. If you call the fax it just keeps ringing. It is an analogue line. Could this be due to night service, is there a quick fix? A setting somewhere. Please bear in mind that I am completely new to this system. I am just finding my way around the web admin tool at the moment.

Hi Bilbonvida and welcome to Mitel Forums!
I'm not sure exactally what is going on here, but by default night service would not affect the routing to analog extensions. That is checked under Call Re-Routing and Call Re-Routing First/Second alternate. Take a look at those forms and see if something clicks.....
