Only one phone is rebooting randomly

I have one user who's phone has been rebooting randomly today.  I've checked the phone system logs and the phone system lists the times the phone went offline, but there's nothing to indicate what the problem is.  I've also checked the switch and the switch doesn't see anything happening, which only means that power wasn't removed and the link never dropped.

We had this problem with the same phone before and it "magically fixed itself"

Should I start with replacing the phone? Has anyone else experienced this before?

It could be a bad LAN Link, but most likely it is just a bad phone. Move it to another location and see if the problem follows or just replace it.

Ended up being a bad phone...I switched the Mitel headset module to a new phone and swapped that phone with the original...no more issues
