Multi Level Auto Attend with Leading Information Message ?

We want to set up a Help Desk using MLAA. The Greeting will be a fixed message giving the directions. We would like the option to add an information message in front of the MLAA that we can change often and be easily set up.

i.e.  "If you are experiencing a problem with Email, we are working on a resolution."

I know how to set up an Information mailbox, but how can we have it Route in front of the MLAA and easily be Turned On and Off as needed ?  Is this possible or some better solution ?

If you have available ports you could setup an dummy ACD Path that plays a RAD after 1sec and then interflows to your AA.
You will need to tweak the interflow timer to match your greeting though.
