We recently implemented Exchange Unified messaging, but we have one small problem. When the Exchange UM server answers, the voicemail box greeting has all ready started playing - so usually the name of the person is cut off. Is there a way to build in a delay or pause before the 3300 reroutes the call to the UM server?
