Hunt Group
« on: October 20, 2014, 01:56:20 PM »
Hello,

I have a department who had there main DID phone line ringing to one phone. At some point they wanted it to ring on multiple sets. I just put a multicall key with that number on each phone so they all ring at once. The department is growing and will have folks at another location but they wanted me to have the number ring to sets at each site. I could simply have a phone be programmed off the first site be brought over to the new site. However, if someone called 911 the address would be wrong. Is there a way to setup a number to ring multiple sets at the same time across two different sites?

Thanks,

Both sites are in the same cluster not on the same 3300.

Upgrade to version 7.
In 7 it is possible to add in a RDN in ring groups.
