We have recently starting using Mitel. I know that you can use UCAs function click to dial which i have added on our intranet site.
Each time a user clicks the extension number to dial UCA pops up and displays the number 0342******* and then the extension number. Is there any way we can edit this so that i'll only dial the extension number. The other way is that users will have to delete the first 11 numbers and then dial for each employee.
Any information on this would be great.
