UCA Telephony Proxy Issues
« on: October 14, 2014, 12:33:08 PM »
Hi,

I'm running in to a bit of an issue with an app hooking in to UCA using the TelephonyProxy DLL (v 4.0.0.0)

The app we're running triggers call recording on an external call recorder using the Connect and Disconnect listeners. All works fine usually until we have an inbound call which we then transfer to another agent.
For some reason we never get a disconnect event and even forcing a Commander.GetLastEvent() still gives us a connected response. This is independent of the state of the call passed to the other extension too, we're still getting a connected state after that call has disconnected.

The events we're getting from UCA are:
Offering
Connect
Ringback
Connect

The only workaround we've come up with so far is to do a hook off/on again which then triggers a Disconnect.

Spent ages looking at the code to make sure it's not me, but the forcing a GetLastEvent() has me confused. Anyone come across something similar or know a workaround?

Thanks :)
