This is the first time posting in this forum and am hoping someone can help. I'm no Mitel Pro, but i can find my way around the Comms Director or Yoursite Explorer quite well.
Currently we have a bunch of Agents set up with a COS that has a 60 second Work Timer - this is applied to all agents.
We also have a work timer placed on each Queue as this will differ.
We have 5 Agents on a specific Queue which has a work timer of 30 seconds - All agents have the same COS - Only 1 Agent fails to follow the Queue 30 second Work Timer, Instead it is a minute for this 1 person. For everyone else it works as 30 seconds.
Hoping someone can help me out with this
